THe Redland Elite Won the under 19 division of the Labor Day Weekend 2007 Great Lehigh Valley Soccer Tournament. The won four of five matches, beating Lehigh Valley 2-1, losing 3-2 to St. Thomas Moore, winning 2-0 over FC Revolution, winning 3-1 over Lanco United, and then beating St. Thomas Moore in the final 4-1 in penality kicks. Congrats to the Redland Elite on a fine performance.
This was their fourth consecutive tournament chanpionship and their fifth in six tournaments.
The RedLand Elite, lead by Coach Shenck, won the 19th Annual RedLand Summer Classic in the Girls U-19 Red Bracket. The weekend started slow, with a 2-1 loss to Penn United. Later that afternoon, the girls defeated Lehigh Valley Magic.
On Sunday morning the girls handed York United a defeat to create a 3 way tie in the bracket of 5. Later in the day, the Elite scored early against a crisp, well coached PA Classics team, then hung on to win, both the game and the championship!

Congratulations to the Redland Elite Under 16 girls soccer team for their recent successful football (soccer) tour in England . They reached the finals of the Manchester Umbro International Cup, Under 17 Girls Cup Division, unfortunately losing in the final 6-5 in seven penalty kicks. Their overall tour record was 6-1-2, outscoring their opponents 19-3.
The Elite wish to thank the Wolverhampton Grammar School , their Wolverhampton host families, John Johnson, and Theo King for making our stay in Wolverhampton memorable.
